How many photos can I upload with this form ? Is there a limit ?

I tried to upload 680 pictures and after I clicked submission after a few minutes I received the following message:

How many photos can I upload with this form ? Is there a limit ?

I checked your FREE subscripiton with account/username ralvesson  and noted that it had already exceeded the Upload limits.

The account is now in Overlimit Status and will temporarly disable the forms until the status of the account is updated and cleared.

Deleting submissions to clear the alloted storage/upload space of the account, will take at least 24hrs to take effect. 

I suggest you wait at least 24hrs and check again afterwards if the account status changes to Active after the clearance of the storage/upload limit is cleared.

Thanks for your kind reply. We are testing to see if we become a paid client if this upload form works for us and our clients. All the submissions were done by us testing it and we already deleted them.

I need to know if there is a hard limit (not a recommended limit) in the amount of files someone can upload to us (so we can tell our customers about it). There is a recommended number of 25 (in an answer or article in your site) but we have clients sending us 500+ files and the files are apparently uploaded but at the end we get the "bad gateway 500 message". So our question would be:

1) is there a hard (definitive) limit on the amount of files that can be uploaded (assuming we have disk space) ?

2) is there a problem if the files contain non-English languages letters ? 

3) Every time we clean de submission how much time do we have to wait for the files to clear ? or is it immediately reflected in the account ?

Here are the answers to your inquiry.

#1. As far as I know, the Upload field with its multiple-option enabled can accept up to 25 files simultaneous upload in one session.

Take note that per upload session there is a limit of 1GB file size for single upload. The multiple upload field option will become unstable if the file size is at around 150MB above. If the file size is bigger, it is not recommended to use the multiple-upload option but use multiple single upload field instead

#2 None that I know of. I assume you meant the filename of the file contains characters other then letters or numbers.

#3. This will really depend on the load of the File Server. It can vary depending on how busy the server is.. like if there are a lot of in queued upload/download going on the server, it make take processing time. But the most common time availability is within 24hrs.
