We try to change credit card and it shows "This subscription is no longer active".
Please help us resolve this issue so that we can set up a credit card payment with you.

Sorry for the latency, I've been searching for this issue.
Right now, your account is scheduled for downgrade to date 2015-08-30, because of the last unsuccessful payment.
There is nothing to worry about, your subscription should renew after that date, then you can access payment method to change credit card information by using THIS method.
