Forms work or don't work depending on the PC they are viewed on.

    Hi,

On my PC the forms are all laid out correctly and they are usable. On other peoples PCs including my other PC the forms are distorted or missing NEXT buttons or SUBMIT button.

The main form that is not working is on the home page www.simplyship.co.uk and is the Quick Qoutation Form on the right.

Then the next one that has been reported to me as being distorted is http://www.simplyship.co.uk/Get-a-free-Quotation.html

    Hi,

I'm pretty sure that there was a code conflicts happening on your site, since you have 2 forms embedded on the same page. This cases, the form sometimes losses its functionality. To prevent that, you have to re-embed your form using an iFrame code. To get your form's iframe code, please follow the steps below:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab

    2.  Click Embed Form

    3.  Click iFrame

    4.  Copy the provided code.

This should fixed your problem. Please let us know if you have further questions with regards to this. Thank you for using JotForm!
