I'm not receiving the form emails to my custom email address or there's a delay

    I can't get email when the form is filled. when I used gmail account richmondwinery@gmail.com it comes really quickly but when I try our emails like info@richmondwinery.ca the email don't get in, if they do it's like 2 3 hours later.

    This is something related to your hosting provider. They are checking the emails from Jotform and probably blocked it from reaching your inbox.
