CavediverusAsked on August 27, 2015 at 1:21 PM2. I've had complaints from users that uploading files on my form http://form.jotform.us/form/30636608000140 doesn't work. I don't know how to possibly troubleshoot this.

When you say doesn't work, meaning, the upload button won't respond when clicked? If so, I think that is related to a script conflict, especially if the form is embedded to your website using our default "Embed" method. We recommend using our iframe method (http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code) to prevent a conflict. Please try that and update us here.
If the form is not embedded, then that is something related to the browser being used by the submitter. Please advise them to use Google Chrome or Mozille Firefox.
Thanks

Users, if you mean the recipients in the form then just simply temporarily remove them from the list before testing the form and add them back after. The issue is with the actual form so I would suggest testing it there instead of cloning.
Again, if the form is embedded, I would suggest using our iframe method so to prevent a possible conflict that might caused it.
Thanks
