Export to Excel with about 6000 records is not working

2. The export to Excel when viewing the data from a form with about 6000 records to-date is not working. It gives a message that the export cannot be completed at this time.

I have logged into your account to check, and the Excel file downloaded fine on my end - it is a 1.2 MB file with 6783 rows.

I would advise you to please log out of your account, clear your browser cache and cookies, and then log back in to try downloading the Excel of your submissions again.

If you are still unsuccessful with exporting your submissions to Excel, I could upload to you your submission Excel file that I have created/downloaded during the test. In any case, I will delete this downloaded file from my hard drive in two days, as I neither want to nor should be holding on your private data.
