Some Fields not being transported in notification email. How do I fix this?

    I have a form on under the tab "Rates"


    The form looks just as I made it, but when I receive an email notification from jotform when someone fills it out, the form is incomplete. It does not have these fields:

    Full Name of Groom

    Phone Number (is blank even when it is filled in but the field shows up in the email)


    What should I do to fix it? Thank you.

    We had a bug for a while on the emails you probably created/updated this form during that time.

    The solution is to delete and re-create the email using the "Email Alerts" button on the form builder. I did this for you and it should be fixed now. Please give it a try.

    The data you do not see on the emails should be available on the Submissions section. They were only missing from the emails.
