How do I embed the registration form into my website?Asked by lpotter on December 29, 2011 at 05:32 PM
I read the instructions, but require additional assistance. I'm trying to set up registrtaion pages for HappyFeet Buffalo. one of hte other franchises currently uses your service with the same host website company - Oasys Sports. My website is happyfeetbuffalo.com
The form I have completed so far is https://secure.jotform.com/form/13625827671
I'd like to get it customized to look just like the happy feet site like Matt did with his website registration form: http://www.nwalegendssoccer.com/content.cfm?section=7EB6E78D-60E8-4A14-B97D-C68EFE7FF7F9&content_id=7EB6E78D-60E8-4A14-B97D-C68EFE7FF7F9&program_id=2623974B-5056-B802-A25D1001EC805F27
I appreciate any assistance you can provide.
Thank you for contacting us.
It is easy to embed the form, please take a look at the following article:
You can apply a Baby Blue theme and set a custom background color #FFF1A7 for your form, then it will be something similar to Matt's form.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
