My sub-users don't seem to be able to move their forms from one folder to another.
If only ''admin'' users can do that, can I have more than one ''admin'' user in my account?

Folders are only for personal organizational purposes. Forms are not actually moved into folders, they are simply labels to organize your forms. A single form can be associated with multiple folders and deleting a folder will not delete the forms associated with that folder. The only way a sub-user would be able to organize forms in your account, would be to give them access to your account.
