Restaurant online order form?

Would it be possible to create an online order form, let's say for a pizza place.. and have it calculate out the total and tax?  The payment options wouldn't really be necessary, because they would pay for it when they went to go pick up their pizza or when the delivery person showed up.

If the tax is a fixed amount, or if in your product price, you already have computed the tax for each product item already, then this is very possible.  To do this, add the Purchase order form element in your form.  This is located at the bottom part of your left panel, under Payment Tools:

Once the form element is added, you can continue with the wizard to add your products and the amount for each.

But, if you will want it to look like that the total price be separate from the tax percentage amount, this is not yet possible.

So, I would suggest that for each product, you calculate it with the taxed amount and have it as your product price, collectively you will have the same amount vs. having a total amount and then add the percentage tax later.

Thanks.  I don't think I could build a proper online order form for a pizza place that way since it'd be hard to add options for extra toppings, etc.  I don't suppose there would be a way to keep a running total using the standard form fields (perhaps with conditions)?

Unfortunately as of the moment mathematical operation feature is not available in Jotform howver this has already been added to our feature request list. You can look into using Conditions to display the total price based on the additional selection of the user.

You may visit the following article from our user guide for further information on how to
use conditional logic on the form.
