Hello. I have forms that the links in them lead to a dead end. I checked every new submission online when it was submitted and the files opened up fine there, but when exported as PDFs some of them open fine and others don't. I usually get an error page like the one I have attached.
What should I do, as the files are urgent to me.

Could you tell us what files are not downloading? I just tried some of them, and the PDF uploaded files downloaded fine:

should download everything as a PDF and randomly try.
It changes from computer to computer.
I can say that today I extracted 77 files from 77 applications from the
back office.

I think it would be best to send us the PDF files with broken links so we can forward it directly to our developers - those files that you have tested so far. Please send the files to support@jotform.com and let us know here so we can check it.
