I have websites with forms disabled. I have a total of 170 submissions available per month and used 104. Is it the policy of jotforms support to do nothing? Is this just an answering questions forum or an actual support submission where you have the ability to reactivate my forms? At least give me a response. email@example.com is my account

Our apologies for the late reply. We have the same level of support for all type of accounts, but we have a first come first served basis. We also do not recommend bumping threads because when you do, that will just put the thread to the bottom.
As for your issue, I think that is already resolved. If not, please update the original thread so we can assist you there.
