    I am looking for a "Mad Lib" type of effect;  I'd like to to take the data sent by the user and send it back to them on a confirmation pageand/or inside a confirmation email.

    If this helps, here is a tutorial that another form builder posted about using their form builder to make madlibs.

    Is this possible with JotForm?

    Thanks so much!

    Sure,

    http://s14.postimage.org/aknumgs8x/madlibs.png

    look at the chart to the right of the image click one of those fileds and it is inserted

    for exemple email is {email} password is {password} be careful some times there are number follwing the name.

    Once you find that tag you can insert it into the thank you page even though the chart is not in the thank you page wizard. You can even add fields to links like i could add {edit_link} and then make it a link to {edit_link}

    Hope this helps.

    You can also visit the following article from our user guide. It provides the step by step instructions on how to make a form similar to this:

    If you have clarifications feel free to ask.
