On the free plan it says that we are allowed 100 submissions per month and 10 SSL submissions per month. We received our 10th submission today and I received an email that said our form will be disabled tomorrow, 9/1, at Noon.
a) Tomorrow is the first day of the month, so wouldn't the count start over?
b) The submissions do not have to be SSL, so how can I change this setting so the teachers at my school can submit a regular form to utilize the 100 per month quota?
c) We really enjoy using JotForm, but with limited financial resources, we are unable to upgrade and really do not need 1,000 forms/month capabililty. We will get 10-15 submissions per month, so I really need to have the SSL feature turned off so every teacher will be able to get his/her information to me.
Thank you very much for your assistance with this matter.

Hi,
The monthly reset does indeed occur on the first of each month. The notification email that is sent when you are over limit does not take into account what day of the month it is.
If you would like to accept regular submissions, you will need to make sure that the 'Secure form' option is not checked, then get the regular form link/code.
Related guide:
If any of your links or embed code have https://secure at the beginning, they will use SSL based transmission of your data. If you would like to have us check any pages or link to make sure they are not using SSL submissions, let us know and we will be happy to have a look.
