I recently changed my account email address. The password I thought I used does not work.
After I enter my email address at the "Forgot Password" I get the popup that says the instructions were sent, but nothing arrives in my email.

I checked our mail logs and your address was placed on our bounce list due to the reset emails being unable to be delivered to "firstname.lastname@example.org". I am not sure why the notifications were failing initially, however, after I removed you from our bounce list and sent the reset email again, it looks like it went through.
If you still did not receive it, let us know and we will be happy to take another look.

Still not coming through. I tried sending the reset email, as well, with no result. When I send test messages to that address, they arrive instantly.
If it would help, you can change my account email back to email@example.com.

I changed your account email to "firstname.lastname@example.org". You can try the reset again. If it still does not come through, let us know and we will see what else we can do.

I can see that my colleague already removed your email address in our bounce list on this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1071623. You should be able to receive emails from JotForm now.
I have send you the password reset instruction. Please check your inbox. Also, please check your spam folder. If you see JotForm mails, mark it as not spam.
