Stripe mishap

We had a form submission come in without a Stripe Payment. There is no record in the submission that any credit card info was entered even through this is a required field. Can you check on this for us?:

Thanks for reporting and apologies for the inconveniences caused.

I was able to find the mentioned submission without any stripe information. 

This only happens when a submission is on the pending submissions list and was processed manually. Submissions like this does not process any payments. Is there any chance you've manually competed this submission on the pending submissions list? Or is there any payment information sent over to your Stripe Dashboard? While I can't reproduce the problem on my end, I can only assume that the problem was specific on the user's browser. It could be a browser's javascript issue on the user end which stops the form required validation allowing him to bypass the field. My suggestion would be to contact this user and ask him to redo the submission, if possible.
