    Hi there,

I was initially on a free account. Then someone said it wasn't secure, so I switched to the url `secure.` and didn't know that we had a limit on that! So, I switched it back to the regular, but it looks like they didn't register that and have closed our account???

So now the form doesn't show!!!

    Hi,

I checked your account and I noticed that your account is in Bronze Plan. Please note that Free Account has a SSL Submission (Secure Submission) limit of 10 per month. If you have reached the Submission limit of your account, your forms will be disabled. The Submission limit counter will be reset every start of the month. If you have reached your account's SSL submission limit, even if you changed back to the regular URL it will not enable your form. The only way to enable it is to wait for your submission counter to reset or upgrade to our subscription plan. Since your account is now on Bronze Plan, your SSL submission limit would be 1,000 and your forms are now enabled,

Do let us know if you have further questions.

    Regards.
