URGENT: Visual report not working

     After selecting chart type, getting an X where chart graphic should be. 

    Also happens on existing reports. HELP!

    Hi,

     

    I have tried creating a Visual report on my end but I couldn't replicate the issue. See screenshot below. URGENT: Visual report not working Image 1 Screenshot 20

     

    What browser were you using? We recommend using Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers. And have you tried clearing your browser cache and see if it works?
