unable to enter data into form

    We are having trouble entering data onto my form on my website. every time you go to click on the next box it drags you straight back to the top of the page.

     

    Please fix asap

    Can you try to re-embed your form using the iFrame embed method? To get the iFrame code of your form, just follow the instruction provided in this article: Getting the Form iFrame Code.
