Do you mean to say that you are not able to edit or add new form field in your form?
It could be a browser related issue. I would suggest you to clear your browser cache and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you how to clear browser cache: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
