i am a website designer.  i have recently been using your basic jotform to get my customers set up so i can then turn it over to them.  if they start to exceed 100 submissions per month, they can upgrade.

i opened an account in my name but want to change the username so i can hand it over to my client.  how can i change the username?  if this is not possible, can i create a new account for my client, then somehow copy the form i created in my account over to this newly created account ?

Also, do you have reseller accounts?  it would be nice for me to be a reseller and set up a website for my clients with jotform, and then charge them directly.

    thanks !

    Hi rick_od,

Changing the username is not possible in JotForm. Yes, you can create new account for your client and you can clone/copy your form.

Thank you for using JotForm! For further assistance or concern, please don't hesitate to contact us!
