I have an educational website that offers two different courses.
I would like to allow the the customers to choose one of the courses and select the pre-defined number of lessons they would like to purcahse.
Course 1 - Buy 1 lesson ($5), 5 lessons ($20), 10 lessons ($40)
Course 2 - Buy 1 lesson, ($7) 5 lessons ($30), 10 lessons ($50)
So, I would like to provide the option to choose a course with radio buttons. Then, once the course is chosen, I would like there to be a dropdown menu where they can select the pre-defined and indivually priced lesson packages.
Is there a way to achieve this in jotform?

To get the HTML source code, edit your form and do the folowing steps:
1. Go to Setup & Embed tab
2. Click Embed Form, an Embed Form wizard will appear
3. Click Source
4.Copy the highlighted code, or you can download the code with the CSS and JS files by clicking on the link.
