How do I email PDFs to email addresses that are inputed by the submitter of the form?

For instance, if someone types in their email address as the last question on the form, how do they get a PDF of the information they are submitting?

You would need to create an autoresponder:

This will send a confirmation email to an address entered in your form.

Then add a PDF link to the body of the autoresponder:
