Email Reply Limitations???

Hi,

We just purchased your Silver Plan (10,000 Submissions per month) and we are receiving an error message when we try to use the "REPLY" feature under Submissions - it says "We reached our Limitation". Therefore, it will not allow us to make any more email "REPLIES" from the FORM SUBMISSIONS. This is a feature that we were hoping to use a lot, please give us a solution to this issue.

Hi,

Paid accounts can send up to 100 emails per hour, this is to prevent spamming via our system.  This is a hard limit that, unfortunately, we cannot remove or raise.  If you go over the limit, you would need to reply directly from your email account, rather than from the submission page.
