How do I stay in the same window when redirecting to a custom URL (Thank You)?

I have seen several threads dealing with customers wanting to redirect (in the Thank You) to a custom URL in a new window.

I wish to stay in the same window.

How do I do that?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. 

When you add a "Custom Thank you URL" in your form and the submit button of your form is clicked, user will be redirected to thank you page in the same window.
