How can I enable my client to view the form, but not to edit?Asked by siofmon on September 03, 2015 at 06:54 AM
I want to give my client the option to view 1 of form I have set up for them, but I dont want them to be able to edit anything or see other forms of other clients.
Is that possible?
I understand that you want to show the form to your client that you have designed for them. Since you don't want them to edit it, I believe you want them to show the preview of the form. In this case, you may share the direct form URL from the Embed form wizard so that they will be able to view the form.
If you want let them to view the submissions as well for the form, you may take a look at the following guide to share the form with sub-account users.
By selecting View submissions option while sharing the form, they'll be able to view the form and submissions.
Hope this information helps. If you are looking for something different, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
