We do not offer any tracking services for our Email Notifications and Autoresponders. If you wish to track your users opening of your email alerts, you will need to add such tracking manually.
As an example, you can add a tracking image to your Email alerts, and add some of the form fields to the link of the image as URL parameters. I would recommend using the Submission ID, as this is a unique piece of information we create for each submission.
You can add Submission ID as an URL parameter to your notification by adding something like this at the end of the URL of your image:
?submissionID={id}
You will then have to capture any queries on your own server for this image, and see from the URL parameters (submissionID) which person has opened it (the ID).
As this is a bit technical to set up, you may need to hire a third-party developer to help you set it up. I hope this helps with tracking your submission emails.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.
