Unable to open Form Designer using https on spanish.jotform.com

    en los últimos días he tenido problemas para desarrollar formularios ya que no carga las funciones externas como diseño o plantillas.

    Buena día,

    Lo lamento escuchar su problema. Pudiera indicarnos si este problema que tiene le parece todo el rato, solo en un formulario o de vez en cuando. Le recomendamos limpiar su cache de su explorador.

    buena tarde...
    ya hice la limpieza de caché en mi ordenador y el problema persiste...
    siempre que ingreso al panel de diseño se queda la pantalla en blanco y no
    carga.

    It seems that there is an issue with loading Form Designer using https on spanish.jotform.com. Since some of the scripts are unable to load on https, the designer is displayed blank. I'm able to replicate the issue at my end. Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look at this. You'll be notified here once we have any update on this issue.

    Meanwhile, please try using http://spanish.jotform.com instead of https. You may also click on load unsafe scripts (Browsers represent that they are unsafe since they are not encrypted and being loaded using http) on the Shield icon displayed right-side of the address bar to load the Form Designer normally.

    buena tarde, ya hice el procedimiento que me sugierieron pero el problema
    persiste, carga el diseñador de formularios pero con un formulario que no
    corresponde y no funcionan todas las herramientas.
    Hay alguna otra solución a este problema que está retrasando mi trabajo?

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. 

    I also was able to encounter problem when using the non https version of the http://spanish.jotform.com when using the Form Designer.

    Although I was able to open the form in the designer, the next problem is, it is not closing/saving the form in the designer.

     

    The bug ticket report submitted by my colleague was now assigned to one of our developer for fixing.

    We will let you know here as soon as we have update on the status.
