So you have to wait and see if your'e NOT getting emails and then come here to see if it's on the list?! That's stupid!
Why is there a "bounce" list anyway?!
Clear the list every once in a while! Duh!

Apologies for the inconvenience.
Please note that the email addresses will be put into the bounce list when the recipient email address refuses or rejects to receive the incoming emails from us. If the email address is not in the bounce list, it is possible that the email service provider for your recipient or sender email is blocking our JotMail IP addresses and domain name servers. I see that you already have an opened thread about this issue on this link www.jotform.com/answers/653199, we have responded to your inquiry there, please refer to that link instead for us to better assist you.
Thank you for understanding.

The problem with sending additional emails once an email is placed on the bounce list is that it would likely compound the issue further. If an address is rejecting emails and it is the same as the default account email (which is extremely common) sending further emails to an address that is blocking our emails would only create further blocked emails.

Ok, how about an option to put a backup email in your account with this feature? Or a SMS text notification?
