Aug 24 a user successfully submitted the form below from my website and I received notification via e-mail.
Today someone else submitted the same form and it was not sent to my e-mail. The user received a copy, but I did not.
Why am I not getting to auto response? I have not changed anything regarding the forms and their behaviors.

I have checked your email address in our email log and all submissions were sent successfully.
You can also check the email logs for yourself on this link:
Also your Email addresses is not in bounce list.
Please check spam, trash and bulk folders and if you find them there please mark them as not spam in order to not go into the folder any more.
