Why my form is disable?

Your forms are using French language which is why it was suspected for phishing activities. Our phishing detector tool did this automatically.
I will now re-activate your account. In order to avoid further suspension, you need to create your forms in English language, then use the language tool and make French as the default language. Here's a guide about the making your form multilingual.
