Form has disappeared

Our adoption application form and all the submissions have disappeared. Please restore.  Thank you

This is the link to our website for the adoption application. We have 600 completed forms in stroage and they all are gone? When I logged in to your account I saw that your form is in your Trash folder.

 

You can recover your deleted forms from Trash folder by clicking Restore Button.

We did not put it in the trash folder.

Probably someone who has access to your account  moved your form to Trash folder. Maybe it was accidentally.
