More than 5 minutes system hang

Hi!  We are now testing the system, and my client just finished the survey, signed the form, and uploaded the required attachment.  When he clicked "submit", the system replied "please wait" instead of the automatic "Thank You".  It's been 5-7 minutes since the system is hanging.
