date picker widgets

HI. I am really wanting to be able to block out dates and or times of unavailability. Is this possible? I've looked at all the date pickers and none of them give that choice to add. I'd like my clients to not have to put in a date and time and then find out later that it is not available. 

Just to clarify, you want certain days of the week to be unavailable for selection?

You can achieve this using the Limit Dates feature in the standard date picker.
