Hi, all of a sudden all of my emails being sent to ktrask@ktlogic.com.au have failed status. Please see attached screen shot. Thanks

Hi,
We are sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Your email address, ktrask@ktlogic.com.au is IN our bounce list. I removed it from Bounce List.
Results shows;
I've also checked your mail logs.
For preventing that issue, please try to set your form notifications "Sender Email" to noreply@jotform.com.
To prevent getting you email address back to the amazon suppression list, kindly add the following IP addresses to your mail server's whitelist
