MultiSelect Grid widget - possibility to choose same option twice

I need to know people's availability during the week. So if they are available on Tuesday and submit the form it should still be possible for someone else to choose the Tuesday slot.
Right now it always shows "booked" when someone submits the form and other people can't book this slot anymore.

If I understood you correctly you want to have slot on your MultiSelect Grid widget available even if someone else has already submitted the form with that slot.

Unfortunately that is not possible to achieve with MultiSelect Grid widget, because this widget function like time table and if some option is selected it will not be possible for other user to select same option. 

Instead of MultiSelect Grid widget I would suggest you to use Matrix field.
