    Not all of the info in the email is being sent to my email address. Why?

    We are receiving the emails from our jotform, however, not all of the information is coming through. It does all come through on the emails that are in the submissions folder on jotforms, just not being sent in their entirety to the assigned email address.

    Deleting the email and re-creating it should fix this problem.

    To delete the email, open your form on the Form Builder and then:
    1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
    2. Click on "Email Alerts",
    3. Select "Notification",
    4. Click on "Delete Email" button,
    5. Save your form.

    To re-create your email:
    1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
    2. Click on "Email Alerts",
    3. Select "Add New Notification",
    4. Complete the wizard,
    5. Save your form.
