How am I able to view the data after submitting a form that has selected an appointment slot from the appointment slot widget. I tried to see it in the submissions spreadsheet and in the thank you message and in the email but they are all blank with regards to the data from the appointment slots widget.
I cannot put this into test mode on my site because I am afraid I won't ever know what the customer selected as an appointment slot. I am also concerned that it seems like the appointments are not updating to be representative of actually being picked and becoming not available.
Can someone address my concerns and provide assistance?

Hi Jason,
Is this the correct form in question, http://www.jotformpro.com/form/52504078925963? If yes, I think you have corrected this already. I just submitted the form and was able to get the data to appear in the thank you message page:
I checked both the notifier and thank you message settings and the field name or tag is correct.
