Jobs coming through as 'undefined'

    We have a Principle Electrical Engineer job advertised at the moment. This firstly started being sent to us as 'Housing Assistant'. No it is coming through as Principle Electrical Engineer' which is correct, but there is no application - its juts saying 'Undefined'

     

    Can you please call me asap as this job is due to close on Thursday

    I've cloned your JotForm and see that the email notification is displaying only undefined text. It seems that there is an issue with the notification email. Could you please remove the notification and add a new notification again?
