I don't understand what limits I have reached that has disabled my account

    I only have 5 forms and only one submission currently. Why has my account been disabled?

    Your account is over its limits since you are using 242.26 MB of storage space, while free accounts are allowed to have only up to 100 MB of upload / storage space. Current number of your submissions and used storage space can always be seen by clicking on the little person-shaped avatar at the top right corner of the screen.

    You will either have to delete the submission in which the file/files were uploaded, or you can upgrade to an account that allows more storage space.
