File size limit on xls import?

I tried to import submissions from an xls file of 934 records with 103 fields using the JotForm Import app. I got the error message: "Fatal Error: The file could not be uploaded. No Submissions created." However, when I looked at my form, 934 submissions were attached and they seemed to be valid. When I broke up the large file into 7 separate files with maximum size of 174 records, all the imports succeeded with no error messages. Is there a maximum file size for the import app?

Hi Jim,

As per checking, there is no limit on the file size for the import app but I think if you upload larger file then the process might take long. There are other factors that might affect upload/import of the data like slow internet connection. Have you tried again uploading/importing large files on the import app other than the one you experience the error? May we also how large is the file you are uploading so we can further investigate the issue?
