password reset is not working? I am not getting the email jotform to reset

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    I checked your email address orders@simplybechic.com and it was in our bounce list which was the reason why you are not getting the email for the password reset, it is possible that your email service provider is blocking our JotMail IP addresses or domain name servers, please check this guide to avoid being on the bounce list: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues 

    I have removed your email in our bounce list, please do try again to reset your password, here's a quick step-by-step guide:

    1. Click the "Log In" option, choose "Forgot Password".

    2. Enter the email address associated with your account, which is Orders@simplybechic.com

     

    3. You should then receive an email with instructions on how to do a password reset.
