I know this question has been asked before, but having payment forms held until we manually release them is a pain. I do not know how this issue effects others, but we use PayPal. Obviously, PayPal sends us a notice immediately when someone completes a sale. So we know the transaction took place. So why wait to go in and release the form? Why not have both notifications come together?
There is another reason why we would prefer the form come through immediately. Occasionaly we have had a visitor complete the payment form, but the PayPal interface fails to work for them. Without the released Jot Form, we have no idea there was an attempt to complete a sale. Sometimes days pass and then a customer contacts us and asks why they have not heard from us. If the payment Jot Forms were sent immediately and we failed to receive a corresponding alert from PayPal, we would know to check with the customer. In our case we are not receiving large quantities of payments each day. So we do not visit the Jot Form site except to create and edit forms.
In any case, that's our 2 cents on the matter. What do you think?
submissions payment form check
A lot of users have requested that incomplete submissions be able to send notifications to form owners. I think our developers have taken that request into consideration. However, our development team have been very busy lately, with a heavy workload to boot.
Thus, we are not able to tell if and when a request is to be implemented. In any case, we will notify you on the movement of that request.

Our sales processes are being stunted by having to wait 24 hours to receive an automated email with the Jotform form data.
Please send the automated emails right away. I'll do a PM to explain out situation further.
Notification alert on "Incomplete Payments" is now possible.
