How to add two tabs on facebook page?

Dear all,

Currently i have got 2 form that i have created and they are linked on my facebook page.

However, under the app section of my page i have a form named " Travel insurance Quotation ". 

I would need two separate app buttons that can link one to Motor insurance quotation and the other travel insurance quotation.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add more than one tab on a facebook page using JotForm embed method. However, you may add a new tab using a separate Static iframe tab to your page and embed the form. Please refer to the guide below that can help you in achieving this.
