JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
Unfortunately, we do not have a special pricing for non-profits.
Upon checking your account, I see that you have reached your SSL submission limits, which is 10 per month for "Free" accounts.
If you want to use your regular submission, which is 100 per month, you need to use the non-SSL form links or embed code. You need to remove or avoid using the links that has https://secure or https:// on their URL or embed code. Please check this guide to learn more about SSL: https://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions
When you reached any of the submission limits, all of your forms will temporarily be disabled, to continue using them, you need to either upgrade to a higher plan OR wait for the submission limits to reset which happens every 1st day of the month.
You can also increase your regular submission limits by navigating to this link: http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/getMore.
Do let us know if you need more information on this.
