Populate multiple fields based another field.

Asked by LENNY SERRANI on September 09, 2015 at 11:54 AM

I would like to be able to populate several fields based on one field.

I want to put a certain email in and it automatically populates the name address and phone number of that person.  How do I accomplish this?

To do that, you should create conditions that will hold all of this data.

A word of warning is that anyone with a bit of development experience could look out and find this data.

If that is still OK with you - as anyone without development knowledge would not be able to see this, and those with it would need to search for it, you can achieve that by Inserting a value into the field of your choice by following the steps here: How to Insert Text or Mathematical Calculation into a field using a Condition

Do let us know if you happen to have any questions along the way and we would be happy to assist.
