"This Form is Currently Unavailable" Error shown on submission

On submit we are getting the error message "This Form is Currently Unavailable" instead of the Thank You message. Can you help?

That warning message should be shown when some of the limits are matched.

I see that your form is working at this time and that there is only a limit for the date set (at this time), so I presume that you have moved the other limitation and that it is now working for you as well.

I did make a test submission with support@jotform.com and "test" for name and twitter handle - mentioning it so that you can remove / not count it.
