I can't download the attached file from a submitted data

Please help me.
My problem is that I cannot download the attached file from a submitted data.

When I try to click the uploaded file, it will just show the link below.

Please help me fix it. I really need your kind and quick help.

Hi Nancy,

I have just reviewed the form and file. It seems that they uploaded an excel file. Could you please indicate what type of file they were suppose to upload? Maybe I am looking at the wrong file, but it seems to be correct.
