    [Encryption] All other fields are decrypted after providing the key, but not the address field

    So I am using the pre-built Address fields.  Also ussing SSL and an Encryption Key. When I receive the email and upload the encryption key, it successfully displays all of the fields, but the Address fields (Address 1, Address 2, City, State, and ZIP) are all still jumbled and encrypted. Also when I check my submissions on JotForm itself, those fields are encrypted when they shouldn't be.

     

    We are about to purchase an account but are unsure considering this error!

     

    Please let me know ASAP

    Our apologies. This problem in encryption is already reported to our developers, but we don't have an update yet. I have also forwarded this thread to them so you will be notified here as well for updates.

    But the address data is visible in the form submissions page. Just access your form submissions page, select the field in grid listing at the bottom and scroll back to view the submission. For example:
