Once web form is completed and submit is selected it goes to an internet connection error screen or just keeps loading but nothing is being captured when extracting a report.
There is no problem with our internet or connectivity.

Are you referring to this form - http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51372809544964? I did a test submission on the form but I was not able to replicate the issue. The form was submitted successfully.
Are you still encountering this issue? If so, can you provide us a screenshot of the error you encounter when you submit your form? If you are referring to a different form, please provide to us the link or name of the form in question or if you have embedded your form in your website, kindly provide the exact URL where you have embedded the form.
